Updated August 31, 2020
The Sabres Conditioning Camp begins on Sept.1 through to Sept.9. This camp will be a skate and skill development camp. It will be based on physical distancing (players 2m apart), no contact drills or scrimmages.
Players will be required to check in for every skate. Masks are mandatory in the arena and dressing rooms. If players come without a mask, they will not be permitted to enter the facility and participate in the skate.
All players MUST bring a completed screening document (include player’s name on top) with them to EVERY skate. If they do not have a completed screening document to submit upon entry, they will not be able to participate in the skate. You can download your copies of the screening document Here.
Players are to come fully dressed but can put on skates and helmets in the dressing room. Goalies are the exception and will be allowed their bags. Players are to arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to camp start and must exit the dressing room immediately after removing skates/helmets (within 15 minutes). Goalies may undress but must also exit within 15 minutes.
There will be NO spectators allowed in the facility. Player drop off and pick up only.
We are looking for volunteers to help with player sign in, and to make sure we receive the completed screening document for each player. If you are interested in volunteering, please email KCSabrespresident@kchockey.ca .
The KC Sabres is also looking for coaches and assistant coaches for the 2020/2021 season. If you are interested, please email the KC office at KCSabrespresident@kchockey.ca .
