Which KC club does the player currently play with?

Please indicate which camp you are registering for. Players can register for one camp only - please register in the camp associated with the level your child will play at in September. Please note the maximum number of participants per camp is 30. This form may allow you to register your information but your credit card will not be charged unless we have availability in the camp. We will confirm by email.

U9 (2014/2015) and U11 (2013) July 4-8, 6:15pm-7:15pm

U11 (2012) and U13 (2010/2011) July 4-8. 7:30pm-8:30pm

The cost of the camp is $100 per player.
