KC Hockey in Edmonton is made up of the Rep Program and the House Program. Any KC player can choose to try out for one of the AAA, AA or A teams in the KC Rep Program, or they can choose to play for a House Hockey team. Players who try out for a Rep team and are not selected will also return to the KC Sabres Program or the KC House hockey program in their area, depending on their age.
The House Program is run at the bantam and midget levels by the KC Sabres Club, and by the six Edmonton area KC hockey clubs for players younger than bantam:

Boundaries
- St. Matthew: north of the river to northern city limit and east of 97 Street to eastern city limit
- St. Charles: north of the river to northern city limit and west of 97 street to Mark Messier Trail
- KC West: north of the river to northern city limit and west of Mark Messier Trail to western city limit
- SouthWest KC: south of the river to southern city limit and west of Highway 2 to western city limit
- KC Knights Southside: south of the river to southern city limit and east of Highway 2 to eastern city limit
